Our fee on a ticket is 2.9% of its price plus 30¢, and it never goes above 99¢ — a cheap ticket costs less, and 99¢ is the ceiling. Card processing is passed through at exactly what Stripe bills us. No monthly fee, no setup fee.
Payouts go to the payment account on your profile, on the schedule shown in your account. You can watch orders land in the meantime, so you always know what is owed to you.

As many as you need, each at its own price, plus add-ons at checkout and discount codes when you want them.
They get one as they buy — we send a one-time code to their email or phone, and there is no password to remember. Their QR ticket lives there, along with the order.
We work with you to return what buyers paid for their tickets. Fees already incurred on a completed sale may not be recoverable, and the refund policy you publish on the event says how they are treated.
